Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Wine Club & Fulfillment Manager to drive our wine club strategy, member retention, and sales growth. In this highly communicative role, you will serve as the primary advocate for our most loyal brand ambassadors, managing two club releases per year, coordinating shipping logistics, and building personal connections with our members. The ideal candidate blends high-touch hospitality with sharp database management, organizational precision, and a genuine passion for wine.

• Wine Club Operations
  • Maintain, nurture, and develop authentic, long-term relationships with our growing community of 1,400+ wine club members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, phone orders, special requests, and cancellations.
  • Oversee and execute all aspects of club allocations, including email communication, customizations, payment batching, order processing, and coordinating shipping.
  • Maintain the CRM, keeping records, payment details, shipping addresses, and personal preferences up to date.
  • Maintain a regular, approachable presence in the tasting room and during events.
• Fulfillment
  • Partner closely with Fed Ex to ensure accurate, timely, temperature-controlled, and compliant wine deliveries nationwide.
  • Create labels, pack orders, and oversee all outgoing shipments.
  • Manage onsite and offsite wine inventory.
• Sales & Growth
  • Strategize and execute data-driven acquisition and retention initiatives to achieve a 2% net growth in club membership for 2027.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to convert tasting room guests and web visitors into club members.
  • Train and empower tasting room staff on club perks, pitch strategies, and signup targets.
  • Run targeted upsell and phone campaigns around allocations and special offers.

• 2+ years of experience in wine club management, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sales, or hospitality.
• Experience with winery POS and DTC platforms and CRM tools (we use Commerce
  7).
• Previous experience with SOVOS Ship Compliant preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail.
• A strong passion and knowledge for wine.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs (a case of wine) and stand for extended periods of time.

• Base Salary: $55,00–$62,000
