Licensed Practical Nurse - Providence Home Health

£3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Schedule:

Full Time, Day Shift (8am to 5pm)

Area Coverage:
Salem, Keizer, Gervais, and Turner, other as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole‑person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Upon hire:
    Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Within 30 days of hire:
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 2 years patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Acute Care, Home Health or Public Health nursing.
