- Upon hire:
Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse - Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
- 2 years patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic.
- Experience in Acute Care, Home Health or Public Health nursing.
