• Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to direct patient care staff.
• Participate in staffing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and staff training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee documentation, coordinate patient care plans, and supervise dialysis treatments.
• Respond to emergencies, assess patient needs, and communicate with physicians.
• Administer medications, supervise equipment use, and ensure patient education.
• Conduct staff meetings and collaborate with facility leadership on operational issues.
• Assist with staff recruitment, participate in quality assurance meetings, and support special projects.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 6 months in dialysis care.
• CPR certification, strong communication skills, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage clinical and administrative duties, promote safety, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Includes interaction with patients and staff in a healthcare setting, requiring adaptability to moderate noise and infection risks, with travel between facilities as needed.
