American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a skilled Home Health position requiring an active Oregon license and at least 1 year of skilled Home Health experience.
Requirements- Active Oregon LPN/LVN license required before start date (temporary licenses not accepted); license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) proficiency required
- BLS certification required
- Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
- Skilled Home Health setting with 1:1 patient ratio
- Up to 6 patient visits per day with approximately 30 productivity points per week
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
- 4x10 and 3x12 schedules are not available
- Weekend support may be required
- No on-call requirement
- Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB), Remote Client for Home Health on laptop, and Rover phone application
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local clinicians accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate
- Service area may extend up to approximately 60 miles or 60-90 minutes of total driving per day
- Facility works to group patient visits to minimize driving time
- Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved
- Blackout periods apply during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
- Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate
- Free parking available
- Business casual attire required; no jeans; scrubs permitted but not required with no specific color
