Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in acute care within the last three years, particularly in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with patient ratios ranging from 1:10 to 1:14.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients.
• Report abnormal findings and obtain vital signs.
• Ensure safe patient transfers and perform other supportive tasks.
• Provide care to adults and geriatric patients.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Utilize electronic charting systems, specifically Epic.

• Must possess a valid Oregon CNA license, active and in hand at the time of application.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved organization is required.
• 12+ months of recent experience as a CNA in an acute care setting.
• Ability to work weekends and float to different departments as needed.

The schedule includes a 4x12-hour shift pattern with the requirement to work every other weekend. There are options for 36 or 48 hours per week, depending on preference.

This position may involve floating to affiliated hospitals as needed. Candidates must be prepared for the possibility of transferring to nearby facilities within a 15-minute radius.
