Lead. Educate. Make an Impact.Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Staff Development Nurse / Infection Preventionist (RN/LPN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, promoting clinical excellence, and leading infection prevention efforts in a skilled nursing environment.
Nurse management or supervisory experience is required.
What You'll Do
Lead staff orientation, education, training, and competency programs
Identify clinical training needs and support nursing team development
Oversee the facility's infection prevention and control program
Monitor compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Maintain education, competency, and infection prevention records
Qualifications
Current Oregon RN or LPN license
Nursing leadership, supervisory, or management experience required
Experience with staff development, training, or clinical education preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Infection prevention experience preferred
