Associate Veterinarian (Mobile practice) – Salem Metropolitan Area, ORWe have an opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a mobile veterinary practice in the Salem Metropolitan Area, Oregon. This mixed animal practice sees dogs, cats, and horses, primarily handling house calls and farm calls. The practice offers services including acupuncture, integrative internal medicine, traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, herbal medicine, chiropractic, and more.
The ideal candidate is an independent, accountable self-starter with a non-hierarchical approach to medicine. Only local travel to houses and farms is required. Mentorship in naturopathic and Chinese medicine is available. The clients are highly committed and a pleasure to work with. Join a collaborative team dedicated to providing high-quality integrative medicine with an emphasis on Chinese medicine and naturopathy.
Qualifications:
- DVM license
- Veterinary acupuncture certification (preferably Chi Institute or IVAS)
- Chiropractic certification or other holistic modalities is a plus
Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus commission, along with medical insurance, license fees, membership dues, and CE allowance.
