We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Apartment Manager for a property in NE Salem. This role involves managing tenant relations, leasing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property management. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high tenant satisfaction and property standards. Spanish speaking is required.

• Tenant Relations
  :
  Serve as the main contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests. Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Leasing & Marketing
  :
  Advertise units, conduct property tours, process applications, and manage lease signings. Implement strategies to maintain high occupancy.
• Maintenance
  :
  Oversee routine maintenance, landscaping, and repairs. Respond to emergencies and conduct property inspections.
• Financial Management
  :
  Collect rent, maintain financial records, and assist with budgets.
• Administrative Duties
  :
  Maintain organized records, prepare property performance reports, and ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws.

• Previous property management or leasing experience required.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of Salem, OR (or be willing to commute).
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (App Folio preferred).
• Knowledge of maintenance, landlord‑tenant law, and fair housing regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Spanish Speaking/Bilingual required.

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for on‑call duties and inspections.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
