Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
RoleAs a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
- Developing a diverse range of skills to grow yourself and others.

The work involves hot and noisy environments, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
