We are seeking an experienced fine dining or semi-formal server to join our team. The Springs at Lancaster Village is seeking customer-service-minded individuals to join our team of Dining Room staff.

The Lead Dining Room Server is responsible for the overall assurance of an excellent dining experience for our residents. Responsible for not only promptly and graciously serving our residents, but to train and inspire the dining team to do the same.
Lead Server responsibilities- Serve as team leader and supervisor for dining service staff, offering guidance and support
- Greeting residents (and their visitors) at the table
- Serving residents beverages and meals in a courteous, friendly, helpful, and accurate manner
- Delivering room service trays as necessary
- Bussing dining room tables and cleaning chairs
- Resetting tables for the next meal
- Side work/cleaning as assigned
- Love for seniors and willingness to learn
- Previous serving and food preparation experience is good to have; we will train any necessary skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to communicate with managers, other employees, and residents
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
