As an Applebee's Bartender you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, help servers deliver the best drinks, engage with guests, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

You must be at least 21 years old (per state law), effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact.

• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established bar standards.
• Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist servers with beverage service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Support daily operations and enforce safety protocols.

• Minimum age 21 and legal to serve alcohol in the state.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and customer service.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to wear protective equipment: gloves and masks; wash hands frequently.
