Position
Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions provide a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. They play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, and handling cash management or program compliance.
These associates work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with little or some supervision, must be detail-oriented, and possess proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity, respond to operational concerns, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Provide non-sales support to store operations, including ensuring an outstanding order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and delivering administrative services.
- Interact with customers or vendors as needed; direct customers to store departments or merchandise; answer questions on product order status; and handle cash management or program compliance.
- Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and operate with little/some supervision; maintain attention to detail and time management; uphold integrity and address operational concerns; support store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities.
- Note that specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to respond to operational concerns while supporting store objectives.
