Shoe Mill, part of ERHCo Inc, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Clackamas, Oregon location. This on-site, full-time role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will train staff, manage inventory, and drive sales while upholding our core values. Initial training pays $18.00 per hour with a commission of 10% on net personal sales after training completion, plus a guaranteed minimum hourly rate and opportunities
