• Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately assess vehicle condition prior to auction.
• Generate detailed reports on vehicle history, condition, and auction results.
• Collaborate with auction staff to ensure the efficient operation of auction events.
• Maintain accurate records of auction inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract buyers and sellers to auction events.

• Passion for automobiles and understanding of automotive industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive industry preferred.
• Familiarity with auction processes and procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and auction management software.

This position will primarily be based at an auction facility with travel to off-site auction events. The role involves interaction with customers, auction staff, and vendors in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere.
