Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships:
    Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Product Expertise:
    Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Professional Team Development:
    Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Report:
    Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    include hiring, training, and motivating staff, analyzing market trends, coordinating with other departments like finance and marketing, and reporting sales performance to upper management.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Experience in automotive sales or management
  • Ability to analyze data and trends
  • Proficiency with automotive software and CRM platforms
  • A valid driver's license
Additional Qualifications
  • 2 years previous desking experience preferred.
  • CRM experience required.
  • CUDL/Routeone/Dealer track experience required.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Eager to learn new product details and improve continuously.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Benefit Package
  • Paid Time Off: 40 hours front‑loaded Paid Time Off (after 90 days employment). PTO increases at 3rd and 5th year anniversaries.

This position has a monthly guarantee and is paid on commission.

Typical range is $86,000-$200,000 depending on performance.
