The company is seeking a skilled and client-focused Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join its team.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client properties to understand landscape maintenance needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service plans.
- Oversee the timely and high-quality execution of landscape maintenance services, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Identify and present opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance clients' outdoor spaces, including estimating and proposal creation.
- Collaborate with clients on contract renewals, negotiating terms and aligning service packages with evolving needs.
- Proactively resolve client concerns or service-related issues by working closely with operations and management teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service progress, upcoming projects, and relevant industry trends.
- Monitor account profitability and budget adherence, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights during client discussions and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service details, and sales opportunities using CRM software, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably within commercial landscaping or a related industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of landscaping practices, maintenance services, and plant material.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aspire software is a plus.
- Self-motived, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
