When a home or business has water, fire or other property damage, our technicians help put things back on track. You do not need restoration experience. We are looking for dependable people who like working with their hands, solving problems, learning equipment and helping customers on difficult days.
Paid, structured 30-day Restoration Technician Academy. Hands-on training in water extraction, drying equipment, demolition, jobsite protection, moisture inspection, cleaning and documentation. Learn industry technology including Restore 365, Mitigate and Docu Sketch as used by our operation. Clear growth path:
Technician → advanced technician / Crew Chief → Supervisor → Project/Production opportunities. Work varies by job and may include emergency-response schedules according to position expectations.
Reliable attendance and transportation consistent with job requirements. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving status if driving is an essential duty. Comfort using tools and learning hands‑on skills. Professional communication with customers and teammates. Ability to meet the documented physical requirements of the position, with reasonable accommodation as applicable. Willingness to follow safety procedures and learn.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS- Lift, carry, push, or pull 50–70 lbs frequently.
- Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods.
- Wear respirators and safety gear when required.
- Work in varying indoor and outdoor environments (with or without heating/air conditioning).
- Communicate clearly and act on detailed instructions.
- Starting at $19-22 /hour (based on experience and certifications)
