** of experience working with people with behavioral illness or histories or physically impaired clients.
* An associate or a bachelor's degree in social science (such as social work, human services, psychology, child development, gerontology, health, or health education) may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
* Experience working in the mental health field.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Experience in milieu management.
* Ability to manage stressful situations.
* Possess basic computer skills and be willing to learn new technologies as they are introduced into the workplace.
* Must be able to work more than 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours in a week as required.
* May require working on-call and/or rotating schedules.
