• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F+ in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes.
• Food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Differentiation between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position; surfaces range from 36″ to 48″.
• Walking: Short distances for short durations; travel between store and vehicle.
• Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries of up to 50 lbs, cases of 3 × 1.5 ft, weight up to 50 lbs; hand trucks used.
• Carrying: Large cans 3 pounds 7 ounces, pizza sauce 30 lbs, dough trays 12 lbs.
• Pushing: Trays on dollies up to 30″ requiring up to 7.5 lbs force.
• Climbing: Steps or ladder for maintenance; may navigate five or more flights during delivery.
• Stooping/bending: Required at assembly station; duration 30‑45 s repeated continuously.
• Crouching/squatting: Occasionally when stocking shelves.
• Reaching: Continuous: up, down, forward; above 72″ occasionally.
• Driving: Deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Machines/tools/equipment/work aids: Pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required. Safe driving record needed.
