CDL-A Regional Truck Driver New Grads & Experienced

Were seeking experienced CDL-A drivers and new graduates!

Select the route that matches your career level and enjoy consistent miles weekly pay and reliable home time.

• Pay : $0.43-$0.58 CPM (based on experience); $1200-$1500 / week; top 25% earn $1800 / week.
• Bonuses :
  Up to $0.08 CPM monthly.
• Miles :  / week 100% no-touch freight 60% drop-and-hook.
• Home Time :
  Every other week with 34-48 hr reset; take truck home (no slip seating).
• Orientation : $300 paid with travel and hotel covered.

• Paid training (4-6 weeks) on OTR routes across Western US.
• Post-training pay : $1200-$1500 / week.
• Rider / pet policy available after training.

• Safely operate modern trucks on regional routes.
• Perform vehicle inspections and comply with DOT rules.
• Handle no-touch freight with efficient drop-and-hook.

• 21 with valid CDL-A; 120 hours from accredited school (new grads) or 6 months TT experience (experienced).
