• Dependable and consistent in physical and mental presence for children.

• Establish & enforce rules and boundaries in a structured classroom environment.
• Professional and mature appearance and attitude.
• Help children use resources and explore learning and play activities using the Montessori method.
• Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑5:30 with one hour lunch (40 hrs weekly).
• Ability to be on your feet, lift and move, and perform childcare related chores.
• Willingness to engage with young children, staff, and outdoor activities in all weather.

• Ages 18 or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to be certified.
• Experience with children (preferred)
