Project Manager​/Estimator

This role may be a great fit for someone who enjoys estimating projects and managing them from start to finish. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who prefers autonomy, takes ownership of their work, and can successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams and takes pride in delivering projects that are completed efficiently, accurately, and profitably.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the full project lifecycle and takes satisfaction in seeing a project through from the initial estimate to successful completion.

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Manage awarded projects from initiation through closeout
• Oversee submittals, material procurement, scheduling, and deliveries
• Handle change orders, pricing, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Ensure timely billing and successful project closeout

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
• Experience with doors, frames, and hardware strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with Pro-Tech and/or ContractERP software
