Job Summary:

We are seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician for our ACGME residency program in Roanoke, VA.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in family medicine
• Responsibilities include teaching and seeing patients in an outpatient setting
• Support a balanced mix of clinical practice, teaching, and administrative leadership.
• Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia
• Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
• Allocate at least 1 full day per week to administrative duties, including:
  Program development and strategic planning.
  Recruiting for the residency program
  Developing educational activities for the residents
  Faculty meetings and committee participation.
  Resident evaluation.
  Resident advising and scholarly activity support.
