Join us as our new Formulation Process Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated person to provide technical leadership within Supply Chain to ensure products are delivered according to plans within a predictable time frame, volume and quality. You’ll work closely with several departments on site including Quality, Value-Stream (Scheduling), and Operations. You will need an in-depth understanding of our equipment and processes which will be acquired by hands-on experience.

On a daily basis you will interact with Operators and Staff members as needed to address and resolve specific product-related or operational concerns.

Supply Chain Operations encompasses the final steps before our products ship to the customers. Primary processes are finished product formulation, liquid product packaging, solid product packaging, site raw material receiving and logistics, warehousing, and shipping.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Optimizing Production process to improve product economies and reduce specification failures
• Lead improvement projects including technical, operational, and programming changes
• Support daily operations with technical support, trouble-shoot equipment and process control systems
• Lead & sponsor capital investment projects; follow-up on project performance, qualification and completion
• Transfer new products and technologies from development into Supply Chain Operations

To Succeed You Must Hold

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or Relevant Field
• 1 – 3 Years Related Experience
• You are structured, decisive, and independent, with the ability to prioritize, establish overview and coordinate between several stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic working environment

Expected Salary Range: $84,000 - $102,000
