RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in 11-bed operating room facility with 1:1 patient ratios

• Available shift options: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts

• Call requirements: 1 night per week and 1.5 weekends every 8 weeks (weekends are 48 hours, half weekends are 24 hours)

• Must have 2+ years of operating room experience

• Experience in Level II or higher trauma center required

• Must be proficient in orthopedic trauma, craniotomies, burr holes, robotic general surgeries (appendectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy), cystoscopies, ENT procedures, and total joint procedures

• Advanced skills required: proficiency with DaVinci robots, orthopedic trauma, and craniotomies

• Procedures performed include cystoscopy, lumbar laminectomy, total joints, robotic general and gynecological surgeries, ENT procedures, minimal plastic surgeries, and breast surgeries

• Work with specialized equipment including Hana tables, Jackson tables, vascular beds, cysto beds, and robot beds

• Use Meditech documentation system

• BLS certification required
