You bring the line to life—starting up fillers, syncing case packers, dialing in cappers, checking case sealers, bringing palletizers online, and confirming labelers are ready. 2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 2:30am, Monday–Thursday (with weekends per business need). Base hourly rate of $18.54 plus a $1.00 shift differential when working 2nd shift.

What You’ll Do
  • Run high-speed filling and packaging equipment—fillers, case packers, cappers, case sealers, palletizers, and labelers—safely and efficiently at targeted line speeds.
  • Start up, shut down, and adjust machine speeds and variable controls to maintain smooth throughput.
  • Watch for jams, spills, or other line upsets and respond using approved procedures to reduce downtime and waste.
  • Verify codes, labels, fill levels, torque, packaging integrity, and appearance; promptly escalation nonconformances to Quality or supervision.
  • Accurately complete time, production, and downtime logs.
  • Communicate clearly with downstream associates, supervisors, managers, and Maintenance; raise alerts when equipment performance changes.
  • Continuously assess the area for hazards; follow and reinforce all safety and GMP programs.
What You’ll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience and an eagerness to learn machine operation in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, sustain attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Dependable attendance, strong teamwork, clear communication, and a positive approach.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as business needs require.
Physical Requirements
