Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN). This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Salem, VA (Onsite).

Pay Range:
Minimum: $31.70/hr

Mid: $39.62/hr

Maximum: $47.54/hr

Maximum rate applicable for candidates with up to 18 years of experience

Additional Benefits:

Relocation assistance up to $20,000

Additional $1,500 relocation incentive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon admission and throughout each shift and report changes in condition.
• Perform ordered procedures and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses or adverse reactions.
• Provide timely, compassionate patient care and respond to patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BCLS/BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Acute care experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to cross-train across units
