Sevita's Neuro Restorative team seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as Nursing Case Manager in our four group home locations. This on-site, Monday–Friday role reports to the care leadership and carries an 80–85k salaried package with no travel.
You will develop and implement home care plans, conduct intake assessments, manage med carts, review medical data, and educate staff while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company policies. RN experience required.
