ADay in the Life
You start your morning walk-through on 1st Shift (6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday; with weekend coverage as business needs arise), greeting production and engineering partners. You review overnight holds, verify in-process checks against specifications, and huddle with your quality techs to prioritize audits and investigations. Midday finds you diving into root-cause analysis on a deviation, coaching a technician through a titration, and aligning with operations on corrective actions.
Before close, you publish quality metrics, sign off on spec updates, and map tomorrow’s training touchpoints—so the line runs right the first time.
