As an Inside Sales Specialist, you play a critical role in our sales process by engaging prospects at the earliest stages, handling inbound inquiries, performing outbound outreach, and ensuring qualified leads are accurately passed to Account Executives.

• Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, emails, and live chats.
• Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers.
• Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff.
• Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team.
• Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer-facing sales role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional office environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
