Job Location: In-Person, $28/Hour, 1st Shift, Full-Time

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial and transportation sector, is seeking an experienced Electronics Maintenance Technician to join their team in Salem, VA.

• Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on CNC machines and other production equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and other electronic systems
• Conduct maintenance on furnaces and foundry equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs across departments
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance in accordance with company quality standards

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience with electronics, electrical systems, or CNC machinery
• Knowledge of PLC ladder logic and ability to troubleshoot and repair related systems
• Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
• Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, and noise; able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective communicator with solid computer skills and familiarity with CMMS systems
