Operate and maintain the warehouse inventory. Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of stocked products.

Four 10-hour days, 4PM-2:30AM.

• Count products in stock and update inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to determine current inventory.
• Verify clerical computations against physical counts and report discrepancies.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances, price lists, and shortages.
• Stock and issue materials or merchandise.
• Track damaged products and log them into the system.
• Perform weekly cycle counts as instructed.
• Run warehouse exception reports and investigate irregularities.
• Control all hold labels and physical restrictions, reconciled weekly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in distribution or similar fields.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
