About us
Green Factory  is the largest manufacturing and commercial business within Green Holding and one of the leaders of the ready‑to‑use or ready‑to‑eat fresh food market (Fresh Convenience Food) in Central and Eastern Europe.

It produces fresh, washed, cut and packaged vegetables, salad mixes, herbs and plant‑based convenience products. It offers products under its own brands and customer brands (private label), as well as solutions developed jointly with customers.

Green Factory Noschese Italia S.r.l.  is a joint venture between Green Factory and the Noschese Farming Group, combining advanced agricultural expertise with international market access. The company specializes in the production of fresh baby leaf vegetables, including rocket, lamb's lettuce and baby spinach, serving customers across Europe.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced  Finance Manager  to join our Italian leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine the responsibilities of a senior finance leader, business partner and Management Board Member within a growing international agrifood business.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO and working closely with the local CEO, you will play a key role in financial governance, business performance management and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Performance Management

Partner with the CEO and shareholders on strategic and operational decisions

Deliver insightful financial analysis to support profitable growth

Monitor profitability, product margins and operational performance

Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

Support investment appraisal and CAPEX monitoring

Financial Management & Governance

Ensure high-quality financial reporting to the Group

Manage liquidity, cash flow and working capital

Oversee compliance with Group financial policies and controls

Support audit, governance and statutory requirements

External Finance Provider Management

Manage the relationship with the external accounting and tax service provider

Monitor SLA performance, reporting quality and compliance

Ensure timely monthly and annual closing processes

Operational Controlling

Analyse production, logistics and purchasing costs

Identify opportunities for margin improvement and efficiency gains

Translate financial information into actionable business recommendations

What We're Looking For
Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting

At least 3 years in an independent managerial role

Experience in manufacturing, food production, agriculture or agribusiness environments preferred

Strong background in business controlling and financial management

Skills

Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Management reporting and performance analysis

Cash flow and working capital management

Stakeholder management in a matrix environment

Ability to influence without direct authority

Strong analytical and business partnering capabilities

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

Fluent Italian and English

Nice to Have

Experience with in agriculture, fresh produce or food processing

Knowledge of the Italian "Società Agricola" environment

Experience working with external accounting providers
