As a Kids Club Attendant, you’ll spend your days creating a safe, entertaining, and engaging environment for children while their guardians work out, relax, or focus on their fitness goals. Whether you re helping kids build their creativity, playing games, or ensuring a fun time, you’ll be part of the action, ensuring a positive experience for everyone!
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome members, prospective members, and guests with high energy and excitement!
- Create a fun, interactive, and safe environment where kids can thrive and enjoy their time at the gym.
- Supervise and engage with children through creative play, games, arts and crafts, or fitness-inspired activities.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting members and resolving issues with a smile.
- Handle administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean environment by ensuring the Kids Club area is tidy, sanitized, and organized.
- Ensure all gym systems and processes are followed to guarantee the safety and enjoyment of kids and members alike.
- Enforce rules and regulations while keeping the Kids Club safe, clean, and fun!
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Patience and understanding when dealing with children and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be talking to kids, parents, and teammates!
- Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude – fun is your middle name!
