Central Kansas Mental Health Center – Support Staff (Customer Service Representative)

Full‑time position with a rotating schedule in Salina and Abilene offices. Requires reliable transportation and travel between the two locations.

• Greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Provide general information and route patients to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with completing registration paperwork and enter the data into the electronic medical record.
• Set up telehealth stations and communicate with providers by phone, email, and Zoom.
• Provide coverage for other support team tasks as needed.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by being adaptable and cooperative with clients and personnel.

• Entry level experience in a customer service or front‑desk role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Salina and Abilene offices.
• Competency with electronic medical record systems and basic computer use.
