Senior CADD Designer

Project Detailer – Full-time – Mechanical/Structural – Salina, KS – Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects

Wilson & Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Detailer to support our Mechanical Team in Salina, KS. The role will perform design tasks such as grading and drainage on civil engineering projects, working within Micro Station environments to complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.

• Operate Micro Station/Open Roads systems and develop plan set deliverables.
• Organize plan sets, develop details, and coordinate interdisciplinary design.
• Assess drawing quality, initiate changes to comply with established standards, and maintain high-quality production.
• Design according to industry standards and construction policies.
• Meet project schedules, deliver timely design materials, and support multi-disciplined teams.
• Produce computer-generated graphs, charts, overlays, and completed drawings from sketches and notes.
• Interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Micro Station and Open Roads.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience.

Salina, Kansas, United States – $46.44 per hour.
