We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill this full-time position.

The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for developing leads and originating mortgage loans through branches, realtors, and builders, as well as responding to referrals from branch personnel. The role also involves managing a team of MLOs, motivating direct report sales teams, and ensuring compliance with industry laws and bank policies.

• Develop, lead, and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors, and builders.
• Motivate direct report sales team to achieve production milestones.
• Manage a team of MLOs to meet sales goals and metrics.
• Identify new strategies to drive volume and gain market share.
• Interview mortgage loan applicants and take loan applications from customers.
• Send applicant files to processors in the centralized loan support area.
• Respond to referrals from branch personnel and others.
• Lead recruiting efforts to meet headcount goals per market.
• Maintain product mix goals aligned with profit goals of the bank.
• Drive deposit goals per market.
• Assist in obtaining additional data when requested by processors.
• Cross-sell all bank products and services to deepen customer relationships.
• Perform the job in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA/Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of lending experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with substantial independent judgment.
• Ability to remain composed under stressful situations.
• Flexible working hours.

Salary range: $68,000 to $70,000, depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
