* Hourly + Commission | Med Spa Setting
* We are seeking a
* Licensed Esthetician
* to join our growing med spa team. This is a unique opportunity for an esthetician who enjoys both
* hands-on treatments
* and
* clinical support*, working closely alongside our Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional patient care.
This position is
* hourly*, with the opportunity to earn
* commission on esthetic treatments personally performed*.
* Key Responsibilities
* * Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other services within scope of practice
* Assist the Nurse Practitioner during aesthetic and medical procedures as needed
* Prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments (set-up, supplies, equipment)
* Ensure proper room clean-up, disinfection, and turnover following all procedures
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
* Educate patients on skincare, treatments, and post-care instructions
* Support overall patient flow and clinic efficiency
* Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
* Qualifications
* * Active
* Esthetician License* (required)
* Previous med spa or clinical esthetics experience preferred
* Comfortable assisting with medical aesthetic procedures
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
* Excellent communication and patient care skills
* Willingness to learn and grow within a medical aesthetics environment
