Overview
BB Imaging is a purpose-driven diagnostic imaging team focused on elevating maternal-fetal care. The organization operates in a sonographer-led culture, partnering with healthcare systems to deliver high-quality ultrasound care across clinic sites. We are inviting experienced OB and MFM Sonographers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with physician partners, provide compassionate patient care, and deliver diagnostic imaging across multiple clinic sites.

Schedule:

- Perform sonographic procedures
- Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area
- Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
- Create reports to assist the physician with documentation
- Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out patient/fetus anomalies
- Communicate sonographic findings to physician
- Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis
- Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
- Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
- Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
- Other duties assigned by managers
Note:
Duties and responsibilities may change and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
- 1+ year high-risk OB and/or MFM sonography experience
- Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN
- Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
- HIPAA compliant with EMR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
- Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
- Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
- Bachelor’s degree in Sonography or related field
RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS:
Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
