Join Salina Regional Health Center, a community-focused organization, as their next Director of Environmental Services in quaint Salina, Kansas. The Director will lead system-wide environmental, infection prevention, linen & housekeeping, and project management initiatives.

• Provide system-wide leadership and drive best-in-class delivery for all environmental, infection prevention, linen & housekeeping services.
• Lead a team of 45+ FTEs, report to the Executive Director of Operations, and oversee compliance, safety, budget management, innovation, recovery planning, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Manage financial and contract aspects, vendor relations, staffing, regulatory compliance, employee training and development, patient experience, and procurement.
• Collaborate across the health system, engage the team, mentor department leadership, and create energy around a shared vision.
• Utilize evidence-based best practices and monthly reports/dashboards to measure service levels, budget, quality metrics, and staffing.
• Drive key initiatives aligning patient needs, outcomes, compliance, safety, and productivity guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Spanish-speaking bilingual leader strongly preferred.

• Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC) – 393-bed, non-profit regional referral center with advanced technology.
• Three-time recipient of the Health Grades Distinguished Hospital Award for Patient Safety, Most Wired Winner, and International Baby‑Friendly Designation (2020).
• Level III Trauma Center with a 26-bed Emergency Department and four trauma suites.
• Recent additions include a Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and HALO Ablation Catheter.
