Perm - Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatrics (Days) | Salina, KS
Posted 2 days ago. Base pay range is $36.00/hr – $45.00/hr hours are 2 days per week.
This position is responsible for the provision of occupational therapy services for patients primarily ages 0‑3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program who demonstrate delays or deficits in activities of daily living (including play), neuromuscular, sensory‑integrative, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities. The OT plans, organizes, and implements occupational therapy services including comprehensive assessment, development of treatment plans, delivery and documentation of service, education, consultation, and discharge/transition planning.
Responsibilities- Provide OT services to pediatric patients 0‑3 years old in the ICD program.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions and document services.
- Educate families and provide consultation.
- Plan for discharge and transition of care.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (required). - Minimum Experience:
One year of pediatric occupational therapy preferred. - Required Registration/License/Certification:
- Kansas Occupational Therapy License (required).
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License.
- Basic Life Support certification (CPR/AED) completed within first 90 days.
