Get paid to help someone in Salina live the life they choose. At New Horizon Services, you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home, in our day program, and around town: cooking, errands, outings, personal care, and working toward their own goals. No experience needed, because we'll train you.
What you get- $18.25/hr, paid weekly
- Full-time is just three 12-hour shifts a week, so you're off four days
- Extra shifts and overtime available whenever you want more hours
- 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Health, dental and vision insurance after 90 days
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Paid training, including medication administration training
12-hour shifts 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am. Part-time is also available.
What you'll doHelp with daily routines, personal care, community activities and personal goals, keep simple notes, and be someone people can count on.
You need- 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Meet our auto-insurance requirements
