Overview
The IT Network Technician is responsible for providing technical installation and support for the SRHC enterprise networks. The IT Network Technician provides 2nd level support for telephone/network cabling and wiring systems and other telecommunication peripheral equipment. This role is responsible for coordinating upgrades of telecommunication and networking infrastructure. The IT Network Technician follows the technical standards and organizational policies and procedures relating to the SRHC infrastructure.
Provides a strong background in LAN’s (Local Area Networks), WAN’s (Wide Area Networks), hardware, and connectivity.
- Provide technical installation and support for SRHC enterprise networks.
- Provide 2nd level support for telephone/network cabling and wiring systems and other telecommunication peripheral equipment.
- Coordinate upgrades of telecommunication and networking infrastructure.
- Follow the technical standards and organizational policies and procedures relating to the SRHC infrastructure.
- Demonstrate a strong background in LANs (Local Area Networks), WANs (Wide Area Networks), hardware, and connectivity.
- High School or equivalent.
- Four years working as an IT technician in a medium to large organization or health care facility.
- Schedule-Shift-Hours Full Time - Varied Shifts - M-F 12-8
