• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the agriculture sector.
• Provide expert advice on crop insurance options and coverage.
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis for individual farming operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to crop insurance.

• 5+ years of experience in crop insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of ag banking and farm management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Competitive base salary ranging from 60k–90k.
