Set up and operate engine lathes, boring mills, and other manual machine tools

Utilize your CNC knowledge to assist with automated machining tasks when needed

Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings

Perform precision machining on critical components with tight tolerances

Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship

Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace

Experience:

1–2 years of CNC machining experience (in addition to manual machining)

Confidence in setting up and running manual machine tools

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship

A team-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manual Machinist

1–2 years of CNC machining experience (in addition to manual machining)

Knowledge of machine tool set-up and operation

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and precision

Excellent problem-solving skills

A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

The work environment includes regular exposure to:

Moving mechanical parts

Loud noise from machine tools

Occasional exposure to heat, dust, metal particles, and cutting fluids

Standard safety procedures, PPE, and equipment are provided and required

Regularly required to stand for extended periods, walk, reach, and handle tools

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing may be required

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance

Visual acuity to read measurements, operate machinery, and perform detailed inspections
