Great Plains Manufacturing, Kubota Construction Equipment Division, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for our new Salina facility. You will learn and implement the Kubota Production System (KPS) here in Salina, leading the ME team to set up the CTL process from prototype to final production, in coordination with Kubota R&D. The role is on site in Salina, KS with a 6:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. schedule Monday through Thursday; you will mentor engineers, lead capacity planning, and ensure safety
