Base pay will be determined by the applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized care to seniors and updating resident status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Checking in with residents, assisting with dining and personal care, and performing vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
• Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required. Certification must be maintained.
