• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and procedures.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer prescribed medication and ensure that patients are adequately informed about their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other staff to provide the best possible patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the attending physician or healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Kansas.
• Proven experience as an RN/LPN Nurse in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare.
