RN/LPN Nurse (Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM, Full-Time)**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the night shift. This full-time position provides a fantastic opportunity for a nursing professional to deliver high-quality care to our patients and play a vital role in their healthcare journey. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our patients during the evening and night hours.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess and monitor patient health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting all care and treatments provided.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Current and active RN or LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
